Fastener Style (Select One) *

Elastic Options (if elastic chosen above for fastener style) *

1/4" elastic is most common; however, 1/8" elastic with stoppers makes for a more sure fit as the ear loop length is adjustable. Hair ties are good for people wanting a softer fit and/or a bit more color.

Stabilizers/Filtration (for additional mask body and/or filtration) *

Filter Pocket (please note explanation below drop-down menu) *

Most shaped masks will not require an up-charge for a filter pocket, but certain features like a ribbon necklace will require one as it is more work to combine these features.

Necklace Option (for masks with elastic over ears) *

Elastic Hair Ties (if chosen above for fastener type) *

**These are best suited for children's or ladies' masks due to sizing factors.

1/2" Bias Tape Ties (if chosen above for fastener type) *

Mask can be trimmed top and bottom with bias tape for colorful accents and to provide simple ties around the head.

Cord Color (if cord fastener chosen above) *

Moldable Nose-Bridge *

These enable a more snug fit around the bridge of the nose.
